This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order processing, dispatch, and delivery for purchases made through the Imperial Beauty ecommerce platform operated by ISHWARI PRASAD & SONS PVT. LTD. 

1. Order Processing Time 

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours from successful payment confirmation. 

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 

During peak seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may extend slightly. 

2. Shipping Locations 

We currently ship across India. 

For bulk or special international shipping inquiries, customers may contact customer support directly. 

3. Delivery Timelines 

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch: 

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days 

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days 

Remote Locations: 5–10 business days 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to: 

Courier partner delays 

Weather conditions 

Natural events 

Government restrictions 

Incomplete or incorrect address details 

4. Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. 

Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on orders above a specified value. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side. 

5. Order Tracking 

Once your order is dispatched: 

A tracking number will be shared via SMS or email. 

Customers can track shipments directly through the courier partner’s website. 

If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact customer care. 

6. Address Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for providing: 

Correct shipping address 

Accurate pin code 

Valid contact number 

Imperial Beauty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. 

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply. 

7. Delivery Attempts 

Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times. 

If the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts: 

The order may be returned to us. 

Re-dispatch will be processed after confirmation and additional shipping charges, if applicable. 

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages 

At the time of delivery: 

Customers must check the package condition. 

If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered, do not accept the parcel. 

Immediately report the issue to customer support within 24 hours with clear photographs. 

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in claim rejection. 

9. Delays Beyond Our Control 

Imperial Beauty shall not be liable for delays caused by: 

Natural disasters 

Strikes or lockdowns 

Transportation disruptions 

Customs or regulatory restrictions 

Force majeure events 

We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers in case of significant delays. 

10. High-Value Orders 

For security purposes: 

High-value orders may require additional verification. 

Delivery may require OTP confirmation or signature upon receipt. 

11. Partial Shipments 

In rare cases, if an item is temporarily unavailable: 

The available items may be shipped separately. 

Customers will be informed accordingly. 

12. Risk of Loss 

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
