This Refund & Return Policy governs purchases made through the Imperial Beauty ecommerce platform operated by ISHWARI PRASAD & SONS PVT. LTD.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy – Cosmetics & Hygiene Products
Due to the personal nature of cosmetics, skincare, and hygiene products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.
This policy is implemented to ensure product safety, hygiene standards, and consumer protection.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Opened or used cosmetic products
Skincare and bodycare products
Hygiene or personal care products
Products with tampered seals
Items purchased under clearance or final sale
Free gifts or promotional items
No exchange or return will be accepted for dissatisfaction related to shade selection, fragrance preference, skin compatibility, or personal results.
3. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
Return or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:
3.1 Damaged Product Received
If the product is physically damaged at the time of delivery.
3.2 Wrong Product Delivered
If the delivered item does not match the order confirmation.
3.3 Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a verified manufacturing defect and remains unused.
4. Conditions for Claim
To qualify for replacement:
The issue must be reported within 4 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Original invoice must be provided.
Clear images and unboxing video showing the issue must be shared with customer support.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Order cancelled before dispatch
Product unavailable after payment
Approved damaged/wrong product claims where replacement is not possible
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
6. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled by contacting customer care before dispatch confirmation.
After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
If a prepaid order is refused at delivery without valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
7. Replacement Process
Once a claim is approved:
Reverse pickup may be arranged where serviceable.
In locations without reverse pickup, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.
Replacement will be dispatched after quality verification.
If the product fails quality inspection upon return, the replacement may be rejected.
8. Allergy & Skin Reaction Disclaimer
Imperial Beauty imports and sells premium global cosmetic brands. Individual skin reactions vary.
Customers are advised to:
Perform a patch test before full application.
Review ingredient lists before purchase.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for allergic reactions, sensitivity, or personal dissatisfaction.
9. International Brand Packaging Variations
As an authorized reseller of globally sourced brands from Korea, Japan, Spain, and other markets:
Packaging design may vary from images shown.
Minor design differences are not considered defects.
10. Fraudulent Claims
Imperial Beauty reserves the right to:
Reject repeated or suspicious claims
Refuse service in cases of abuse of policy
Take legal action in case of fraudulent refund attempts
